Renter Cancellations:

Cancellation Policy

At Rentnzoom, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both car owners (partners) and renters. Please review the following details regarding cancellations:

Free Cancellation:

Renters can cancel a reservation for free up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period.

Partial Refund:

If a renter cancels within 48 hours of the rental start date, a percentage of the rental fee may be refunded. The exact percentage will be outlined in the reservation details.

No-Show Policy:

If a renter fails to pick up the reserved vehicle without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Partner Cancellations:

1. Notification Requirement:

Partners are required to notify Rentnzoom as soon as possible if they need to cancel a reservation.

2. Penalty for Late Cancellation:

Partners who cancel a reservation within 48 hours of the rental start date may be subject to a penalty fee. The exact fee will depend on the circumstances and will be communicated to the partner.

3. No-Show Policy:

If a partner fails to make the vehicle available without prior notice, Rentnzoom reserves the right to impose penalties or temporarily suspend the partner’s account.
